Triple Diamond Real Estate was formed when a group of real estate agents got together and decided that their values aligned well enough to become partners. They started a real estate team, recruited some other agents, rented an office and began selling homes.

Not long after, and a ton of changes later, the founders decided to turn Triple Diamond Real Estate into its own brokerage.

The focus from the beginning was three fold, to be COMMITTED to our agents and our industry; to constantly be CARING for our clients and always have their best interests in mind; and to be CONNECTED to our communities by being a part of Chambers of Commerce, through sponsorships, community events, and other networking opportunities.

As time progressed, the founders realized that what Real Estate Agents value most has evolved. The things that real estate agents need are not the same as what they used to be. Real Estate agents value their time and flexibility more than ever before but yet still want to belong to the small collective, receive training and have full communication and support from their brokers. Social media has created an environment where agents can't be seen unless they brand themselves and market differently. Agents want more then one avenue of creating wealth instead of the old school work-until-you-die model.

These realizations inspired the founders to restructure their entire business model so to create a HYBRID model where cloud based brokerage meets boutique brokerage. Now agents have the ability to have the community and connections they seek within the boutique brokerage but on a larger cloud based scale with benefits of revenue sharing, an equity program, and stock awards.
